Gabberts is considered one of the premier home furnishing stores and design studios within the design industry. Our Designers work with high end clients all over the world. We work on many local projects ranging from homes on Lake Minnetonka, to log cabins in Duluth. Additionally, we've done various projects across the globe including homes in Egypt, a Yacht in South of France, and vacation homes in Aspen.

We are seeking motivated candidates who have a creative eye and a passion for interior design. The successful candidate will be confident, enthusiastic, and a well-informed communicator.Our Interior Designers assist clients with selecting furniture and accessories that contribute to their personal style. You will advise clients on interior design factors, such as space planning, layout and utilization of fabric & window treatments, and color coordination.

This position requires that you be proficient with computers, including ability to use inventory system, internet, email, and Microsoft Office Programs. Our Designers are required to maintain personal sales standards. Previous interior design experience is required. Due to the nature of the retail business, being available to work Saturday and Sunday is a requirement of this position.
